2026 Goal Boards

Had an amazing time making our goal boards for 2026 with all of the women at Freedom and Victory House and so many of the women who are a part of ARMOR UP! Speaking life over our real vision and goals for the year. We go over them with each other, pray, and stand in agreement with each other and it helps us encourage each other and spur one another on towards our goals. Setting our intentions in the areas of family, fitness, fun, field & finances, faith, friends, our goals, vision, and our well-laid plan of how we can attain this is so powerful and I love speaking life into 2026! Watching the creativity come out of all of you women is so fun and inspiring. Thank you to all who came. I’m believing great victory in 2026 for each and every one of you!!!!! So proud of all of you girls!

Word of the Year

Each year we gather all the women in Freedom House and Victory House and some of our graduates and friends to choose a word and a scripture they believe the Lord is speaking to them for the upcoming year. We sit together, listen to worship music, paint, draw, and create. It is beautiful to see all of the creativity come out of each woman. We get to laugh and celebrate all that God has done in us over the past year and share our hopes and excitement for 2026! Thank you to everyone who came out. I am praying God’s favor over you in the new year! Isaiah 55:11 So is God’s word that goes out from my mouth ; It will not return to me empty but accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.

Birthdays for January and February

Birthdays are a big deal to Armor Up, we celebrate the gift of these women’s lives and all that they are and who God is making them to be.

Psalm 139:13-14 We are fearfully and wonderfully made, our Lord knit us together in our mother’s womb, he created my inmost being. Your works are wonderful Lord and you know every hair on our head.

St. Luke’s Lutheran Church Service Project

A huge thank you to Doug and his team from St. Luke’s Lutheran Church for all of the projects you came and did for us at Freedom and Victory houses. A huge shoutout to your amazing 24 volunteers and I want to thank all the amazing women from Victory and Freedom house who all came together to complete these much needed tasks. From the bottom of our hearts we are truly grateful for the generous financial contributions and all the hours of planning and putting this all together and then coming out and joining us for the most amazing, powerful, fun, work filled day. We all definitely put in some big time sweat and labor. You all are truly the hands and feet of Jesus and I know God is smiling down on all of you for your support and love for Armor Up , our houses and all of our women. May the lord bless you 100fold.

Making Marriage Memories at Willow Creek Church

Janine Surrender to Jesus Moment

2 Corinthians 5:15 And we are a new creation in Christ, the old man has gone, the new has come.

So grateful for what our Lord did on the cross, suffering and shedding his own blood so that we may be able to repent and be fully forgiven and cleansed from our past. So grateful that we will be getting to spend all eternity with you Janine, welcome to the family of believers.

Isaiah 43:18 Forget the former things, do not DWELL… in the past. for God is doing a new thing. NOW it springs up. Do you not perceive it, he is making a way in the desert of your life and streams in the wasteland of your past.

The Central Florida Fair

Had a blast at the central Florida fair with some of the girls, our kids and grandkids. Nothing better than fast rides, good old junk food and hanging out with people I love. Many other girls came just didn’t get pictures.

Bingo

WOW! Grateful for another successful Bingo night! Thank you SO much from the bottom of our hearts for everyone’s support, donations, love, laughter, and fun. It was truly a night to remember and cherish forever. We are blown away by how many individuals and families came to support this ministry. We cannot do what we do without each and every one of you. Playing Bingo is just one of the many ways we can come together and continue the fight against ALL addictions, human trafficking, abuse, and mental illness for women in recovery. Thank you again! Angella’s son Keith 14 Years clean and sober

Congratulations Keith on your 14 years clean. I rejoice and thank God for the gift of your life and that he saved you from destruction in the pits of hell and from the chains of addiction. I’m so very grateful to him. And I’m thankful that he is establishing the work of your hands for his kingdom purposes and what the enemy meant for harm, God is using for good in your life. Congratulations Keith I’m proud of you. Thank God you know the truth and you’ve been set free. God bless you. I love you.
